An Efficient Blade Design Method of a Ducted Fan Coupled with the CFD Modification

In order to improve the design accuracy of blade method a ducted fan based on element momentum theory, was modified by CFD calculation with higher propose an integrated and efficient for rotor stator. Firstly, fast established initial stator carried out. Then, performance designed calculated method, were redesigned according results. Such continuous iterations finally made results basically consistent so as accuracy. The different fans shows that unsteady sliding mesh has applicability than MRF in this paper can meet thrust demand small amount modification. increased 11.362%, torque 8.141%.
